Zigital Automations is run by Zakaria Cheurfi from Lismore, NSW. We're a small studio that builds RPA bots, AI assistants and custom internal software for small and medium businesses across the Northern Rivers and the rest of Australia.

Most automation marketing is aimed at Fortune 500. That's not who we work with. Our clients are tradies juggling jobs with quotes piling up, allied health clinics buried in appointment reminders, accountants chasing receipts across Xero and MYOB, and ecommerce stores drowning in customer service tickets.

How we work

Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. If automation makes sense for what you're doing, we'll map the process and quote you. If it doesn't, we'll tell you. Most first deployments take 2 to 6 weeks, and every delivery includes training so your team can extend the automation independently.

Who is Zakaria

I'm Zakaria Cheurfi, founder of Zigital Automations. I've spent years building automation systems for Australian small businesses, with a particular focus on trades, allied health, and accounting. I also build Decideria, an AI advisory board tool for founders.

Where we're based

Our home base is Lismore, NSW. We serve clients across the Northern Rivers, Byron Bay, Ballina, Tweed Heads, Kingscliff, Lennox Head, Casino, Murwillumbah, and remotely across all of Australia.
