Data Deletion Request

Zigital Automations ("we", "us", "our") respects your right to have your personal data deleted. This page explains what data we may hold and how to request its permanent deletion, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the requirements of connected platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Threads.

1. What data we may hold

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

We do not sell your data, and we only use it to respond to you and deliver our services.

2. How to request deletion

To request permanent deletion of your personal data, contact us using either method below. We will confirm your identity, delete the data we hold about you, and confirm completion.

Please include: the name, email, phone number, or Facebook/Instagram username you used, so we can locate your records.

3. Timeframe

We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm by email once your data has been permanently removed from our systems. Some information may be retained only where required by law (for example, financial records), and we will tell you if this applies.

4. Data obtained via Facebook / Instagram

If you engaged with us through Facebook or Instagram and want any data we obtained through those platforms deleted, follow the same steps above. You can also manage or remove app permissions directly in your Facebook settings under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
